3. Refund Policy
All consultation fees are non-refundable.
Clients are encouraged to ensure they are ready to proceed before booking.
4. Client Responsibility
The client must confirm that they have no ongoing legal cases, judicial incidents, or immigration bans in their home country or the European Union.
The client must confirm that they have never been deported or legally banned from entering any EU country.

5. Limitation of Services
Our role is to advise and guide clients in their administrative and business procedures.
We are not responsible for decisions made by embassies, consulates, or government authorities.
