• Refunds are possible only upon written request within the timeframe agreed in the service contract.

• No refund will be issued once services have been fully delivered.

• HMD Consulting & Negoce is not responsible for the decisions of embassies, consulates, or authorities, including visa refusals or delays. Refunds cannot be claimed on this basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

HMD Consulting & Negoce shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except as required under Moroccan law.
